Madison Davies

Madison is our Property Management Department Manager and is responsible for overseeing the leasing team. She is a firm but fair real estate professional with a bright personality, down to earth nature, and a strong work ethic. Madison strives to provide friendly and approachable service, paying attention to detail and ensuring consistent, great, open communication with owners and tenants. As someone who has been both a tenant and property owner, Madison brings valuable firsthand experience to the table. Madison has a deep respect for the rules and regulations that govern the industry and always aims to uphold them. 

In her downtime, Madison loves going for walks with her beautiful Border Collie Whitby, spending time with her husband and family, traveling, and renovating her 177-year-old home.
